Top and Bottom Fittings
You must choose a fitting for both the top and bottom positions of the 4-way valve on your pump system. Several top fittings for the 12 o'clock position are available to connect the pump system's inlet port to the vehicle payload tank compartments.
Bottom fitting options for the 6 o'clock position, the outlet port, enable loading from either the curb side or both the curb side and driver's side by selecting a crossover option.

T-V-3
Top Position, Square Flange to Victaulic Groove, 3 Inch.
This fitting is used to connect the inlet port of the 4-Way Valve to the payload tank using an industry standard Victaulic coupling, SPS P/N
F-VC-3. This fitting provides a great degree of flexibility when installing the pumping system on a wide range of vehicles.

T-MK-3
Top Position, Square Flange to Male Kamlock, 3 Inch.
This fitting is used to connect the inlet port of the 4-Way Valve to the payload tank using hoses with industry standard 3 inch Kamlock female couplings. A 3 inch Kamlock Cap to seal off this connector when the pump is not in use. This fitting is typically used for semi tractor installations.

T-MT-3
Top Position, Square Flange to Male Threaded, 3 Inch.
This fitting enables any fitting or accessory that has standard 3 inch NPT female threads to be installed on the inlet port of the pump system. |

B-RF-3
Bottom Position, 90 Degree Elbow, Square Flange to Round Flange, 3 Inch.
This fitting is used for curbside loading and unloading of product. Typically a Wet-Dry valve, Flanged Male Kamlock and Kamlock Cap with gastkets are used with this fitting. These optional fittingas are also available from Safety Pumping Systems as F-FKIT-3.

B-V-3
Bottom Position, 90 Degree Elbow, Short, Square Flange to Victaulic Groove, 3 Inch.
Use when installing a Cross-over Tube, SPS P/N F-XO-3. The short length enables the Cross-over to pass to the inside of the pump system's 3-bend tube, minimizing the amount of frame space used. This fitting can only be used on Vane pump systems. Use F-VC-3 to connect this elbow to the Cross-over. |

B-VX-3
Bottom Position, 90 Degree Elbow, Extended, Square Flange to Victaulic Groove, 3 Inch.
Use when installing a Cross-over Tube, SPS P/N F-XOX-3. The extended length enables the Cross-over to pass to the outside of the pump system's 3-bend tube, for gear pumps and for vane pump installations where other equipment requires that the crossover be installed to the outside. This fitting can be used with eithe vane or gear pump systems. Use F-VC-3 to connect this elbow to the Cross-over. |
