Ready-to-Assemble Zero RetainTM Pump Systems-in-a-Box
Heavy Duty Innovations, LLC (HDi), formerly Safety Pumping Systems provides complete solutions including ready-to-assemble and install Pump System-in-a-Box kits, cross-over components and the fittings required to quickly and efficiently get the system installed on the vehicle with a miniumum of downtime. All HDi pump systems are a patented design, U.S. Patent 7,124,792 B2, other patents pending.

HDi currently offers 3 inch vane (requires Blackmer TXD3E) and 3 inch gear (requires Roper or Ranger 3 inch pump) Pump System-in-a-Box kits. Systems-in-a-Box contain everything you need to assemble a base pump system, except the pump. All you need to do is assemble the system with your pump and add the top and bottom fittings, brackets and hardware that your application requires.

Driver-accessible Strainer
HDi now offers its patented, driver-accessible strainer on both its three inch vane and gear pump systems. Never before has clearing the strainer been faster or easier.

Top & Bottom Fittings
HDi pump systems are shipped with no fittings on either the inlet or outlet port of the system. SPS carries a wide selection of top and bottom fittings to allow a range of installation options depending upon the vehicle and the customer application.

Fittings & Hardware
Additional fittings, crossovers and brackets are used with the top and bottom fittings to provide a complete, fast, professional installation.

Crossovers
The optional HDi patented cross-over enables loading and unloading from either curbside or from the driver's side of the vehicle. Top and bottom crossovers are available for both vane and gear pump sytems.
